Terms of Service
Effective February 22, 2026
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Tendiesbot platform (the "Service") operated by Tendiesbot, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
The Service is available only to:
- Natural persons who are US persons (as defined by the IRS) residing in the United States;
- At least 18 years of age; and
- Legally permitted to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to terminate any account we believe does not meet these requirements.
3. Description of the Service
Tendiesbot is a technology platform that allows users to configure, deploy, and monitor automated trading bots for US equities and listed options. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. All trades are executed through Alpaca Markets, Inc., a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of Alpaca Markets or any other third-party brokerage provider.
Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
4. User Accounts
You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@tendiesbot.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share your account, allow others to access it, or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.
5. Trading Risk Disclosure
Trading securities involves substantial risk of loss. Automated trading strategies, including those created with the help of AI, may not perform as expected. Bots may experience technical failures, connectivity issues, or produce unintended trades. You acknowledge that:
- You may lose some or all of the capital you invest;
- Past performance of any strategy is not indicative of future results;
- Tendiesbot makes no guarantee of profit, minimum returns, or protection against loss;
- You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes in your brokerage account;
- You should only invest capital you can afford to lose.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Engage in any form of market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or other activity prohibited by applicable securities laws;
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including securities laws administered by the SEC or FINRA;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service;
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without prior written authorization;
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service using automated means;
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
7. Billing and Cancellation
Subscription Fees
Paid plans (Pro, Elite, Enterprise) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Taxes may apply based on your location.
Free Trial
The Free tier is available at no charge subject to the usage limits described on the Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Free tier at any time.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
Delinquent Accounts
We may suspend or terminate your account for any overdue unpaid fees. You remain liable for all charges incurred prior to suspension.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology on the Service — including the Tendiesbot name, logo, platform code, AI models, and the Tendies Network — are owned by or licensed to Tendiesbot, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial trading purposes.
You retain ownership of any custom strategy instructions you create. By submitting strategy data to the Tendies Network you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use aggregated, anonymized signals derived from your strategy data to improve the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TENDIESBOT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING CAPITAL — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tendiesbot, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination all licenses granted herein immediately cease and you must stop using the Service. Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

- Usage data: pages visited, features used, bot activity logs, and error events;
- Device & log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and timestamps;
- Cookies and similar technologies: session tokens, preferences, and analytics identifiers (see Section 6).
Information from third parties
- Authentication data from Auth0 when you sign in with a social provider (e.g., Google);
- Trade confirmation and account data from Alpaca Markets when you connect your brokerage account.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

- Authenticate your identity and secure your account;
- Process payments and manage subscriptions;
- Execute and monitor trading bots on your behalf;
- Send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, security alerts);
- Send product updates and marketing communications — you may opt out at any time;
- Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve platform performance and reliability;
- Comply with legal obligations, including securities regulations and tax reporting;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or prohibited activity.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers: Auth0 (authentication), Stripe (payments), Alpaca Markets (trade execution), and cloud infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements;
- Legal compliance: when required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, including disclosures to FINRA, the SEC, or the IRS;
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality obligations;
- With your consent: for any other purpose you explicitly authorize.
Aggregated, anonymized data (e.g., market signal statistics derived from the Tendies Network) may be shared or published without restriction as it does not identify individual users.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion we retain certain data for up to 7 years to comply with financial recordkeeping requirements under SEC and IRS rules. You may request deletion of data not subject to these legal retention requirements by contacting us.
5. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest for sensitive credentials, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information and are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from events beyond our reasonable control.
If we become aware of a security breach that affects your personal information we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use the following types of cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly necessary: session tokens required to keep you logged in and use the Service;
- Functional: preferences such as billing cycle and dashboard layout;
- Analytics: aggregate usage metrics to understand how the Service is used (e.g., page views, feature adoption). Analytics data is anonymized before storage.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from using the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
